PourTaste was hired to redevelop the bar program for Park 25 Bistro, inside the Marriott Vanderbilt.  Jon and Lindsay were responsible for the beer and wine menus along side a new cocktail program, focused on classically inspired drinks.  The beer menu promoted local brands while including highly acclaimed imports.  The Yeagers drastically expanded the wine options, bringing in global producers and up and coming varietals like Blaufrankisch, Cinsault and Txakolina.  PourTaste's new cocktail program brought new brands to Tennessee while shining a light on often over-looked classics with a modern twist.
