PourTaste designed Memphis’ first mezcaleria in the already existing El Mero Taco. Jon and Lindsay designed the cocktail, beer and wine menus in addition to providing staff training and leading PR efforts. The Yeagers also worked with importers and distributors to bring in new agave expressions not yet seen in the city.
